As a family-owned and operated business, our story began more than two decades ago. Today, Suncoast is proudly led by daughter Kimberley Lehmann and licensed builder Matthew Jefferson. After working with the business for 12 years, they took ownership in 2022, bringing fresh energy and a modern approach while continuing the trusted reputation Suncoast has built within the local community.

  • Are you fully licensed?

    Yes, we are fully licensed builders. Any person offering to complete bathroom renovation must hold either a full builders license or a builders' license restricted to kitchens and bathrooms.



    Trade contractors such as carpenters, tilers, and plumbers cannot carry out your full bathroom renovation as they are restricted to their trade categories only.

  • How long will my bathroom renovation take?

    This depends on your home's construction. The average bathroom renovation can take up to 20 working days. However, this may increase depending on material selection and product availability, e.g. frameless or toughened-glass shower screens.

  • Will we be able to live in our home during the renovation?

    Yes, but you'll need to be prepared! Remember, your bathroom is unusable for the duration of the project. Walkways are also covered during the renovation, and the site is cleaned each day by our trades team. You will also be without water and power on occasion, usually at the start and completion of the renovation.

  • What kind of contract do you offer?

    We use and recommend HIA Building Contracts.

  • Does your business have the appropriate insurance required?

    Yes, we have $10,000,000 Public and Products Liability Insurance, we offer Home Warranty Insurance for projects over $20,000. Being a fully licensed builder, you have the support of Fair Trading. Click here for more information.


    We are also platinum members of HIA (Housing Industry Association) and all our tradespeople are comprehensively insured whilst working on your job site.

  • Do you offer design services?

    We offer assistance with colour selection and product choices. We understand that making decisions about colours and product choices can be a significant aspect of your project, and we are here to assist you every step of the way. 


    We have established strong partnerships with reputable suppliers, enabling us to extend to you a competitive trade discount on high-quality materials and products. 

  • Do you have a showroom?
